The wellness mission runs through the entire building, from the ceremonial grade matcha at the bar to the journey room at the back of the lower level. What Wellness Means at Vivid Minds Cafe
It means not using culinary grade matcha when ceremonial grade is what the drink requires. It means using nano CBD instead of standard CBD oil because the bioavailability difference matters. It means building four acai bowls around four specific functional mushrooms paired with four specific outcomes rather than adding a generic mushroom blend and calling it a wellness bowl. It means having breathwork, yoga, and soundbath events on the patio because a wellness café that only serves wellness drinks is doing half the job.
