Katie Cameron
They completed their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and became certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga in 2023 while pregnant with their first child. This was an experience that deepened their understanding of change, resilience, and care.
Their classes are rooted in curiosity and encouragement to meet ourselves where we’re at. From somatic movement and yin yoga to prenatal, Baby & Me, private sessions, and community gatherings, their intention is always the same: to help people feel more like themselves.
Katie creates inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where all bodies are welcome. They believe movement doesn’t need to look a certain way to be meaningful; sometimes the deepest practice is listening and responding.
Outside of teaching, Katie can be found spending time with their family, gardening, writing poetry, making art, or sharing good food and conversation.
