About
As Seen In
One Building. Two Levels. One Intention.
The building at 1545 S Broadway in Denver’s Baker neighborhood is painted Planetarium Blue. That was not an accident. Neither was anything else about it. The café on the upper level and Vivid Minds Wellness: one of Colorado’s first licensed psilocybin healing centers: on the lower level share one address because they share one mission: helping people feel better through intentional choices, starting with how they spend their mornings.
Why We Built the Café First
The café exists partly as an entry point. A person who walks in off South Broadway for a matcha latte does not need to know everything about Vivid Minds in that moment. They need a genuinely excellent drink made by someone who understands why the ingredients matter. They need a space that feels like it was designed for them to stay. They need a patio where the weather is a reason to come in earlier, not a reason to stay home.
We chose ceremonial grade matcha because the difference in L-theanine content is measurable and real. We chose Lion’s Mane for the cold brew because cognitive support belongs in daily routines, not supplement bottles. We built the functional mushroom acai bowls because if you are going to eat a bowl, every ingredient should do something. We sourced our baked goods from Modern Misfits Pastries because gluten-free should taste like someone tried, not like someone gave up.
The Lower Level
The Patio Was Non-Negotiable
South Broadway did not have outdoor café space worth using. Sidewalk chairs next to exhaust pipes is not outdoor seating. 1,200 square feet of astroturf on a dedicated café patio with WiFi, outlet seating, room for a yoga class, and enough space for your team’s morning event is outdoor seating. We built the patio the Baker neighborhood deserved, not the one that was easiest to permit.
