Our Suggested Matcha Flight: The Four We Recommend for First-Timers
Our suggested combination is the Matcha Mirage with strawberry purée, the Huckleberry Bloom (spring seasonal), the Blue Cloud Matcha with blue spirulina, and the Classic Ceremonial Matcha Tea Latte. Here is why we suggest this specific four:
The Classic gives you the reference point: what ceremonial grade matcha tastes like on its own with nothing but milk and the natural sweetness of the leaf. If the Classic is your favorite, you know exactly what you are tasting when you drink the other three and notice what has been added. The Matcha Mirage gives you the fruit-forward expression: strawberry purée at the bottom, green matcha in the middle, coconut cream foam on top.
